1. Who we areYeosu Saegomak is one of the biggest arkshell producers in South Korea. Headquartered in Yeosu city, South Jeolla province, YS purchases raw arkshells from fisheries operating in the nearby clean and uncontaminated Yeoja Bay, which explains 73 percent of nation-wide arkshell production, and supplies arkshell products through sophisticated manufacturing processes such as size-sorting, steaming, casting off, cleansing, blast-freezing, packaging, or further food processing. YS also has its sales division in Yeongdeungpogu, Seoul. As of 2018 fiscal year, the number of employees is 34 and YS performs its highest sales at around USD 13 million. 2. Sustainability2.1.
